This indeed is a land of diversity and extremes with snow capped mountains, sub tropical forests, glaciers, waterfalls, jungles and world class cities.
There is something for everyone: whether it’s a love of nature or wildlife, an interest in hiking, skiing, horse riding or dancing the Tango, you will find this to be one enchanting country.
Looking for down-at-heel but relatively sophisticated cities, warm people and good food? ... then it’s time to explore!

The #Perito #Moreno #Glacier located in the Los #Glaciares #National #Park near #Santa #Cruz and El #Calafate is an important tourist #attraction in the Argentine #Patagonia . The huge glacier periodically advances over #Lago #Argentino forming a natural dam which divides the #lake into two. The water level rises and the pressure breaks the #ice barrier resulting in a spectacular rupture. Ps. #trekking tours on the ice have gained popularity in recent years.
